I saw this over the weekend. It’s a really haunting and beautiful film, if a little slow-paced. I heard they are doing an American remake (how surprising!!) directed by Matt Reeves (Cloverfield). I reccommend checking this version out first. Now in limited release.

Well well, Quantum of Solace raked in $70 million, making it the #1 Bond opening weekend ever. Reviews are at 67% fresh. I’m gonna wait for the DVD rental. CONCOUNT OUT!

Quantum of Shit?

Well, Quantum of Solace has a 70% Tomatometer rating at Rotten Tomatoes, but some people are calling this a truly dreadful Bond movie. Check out this review at Collider. Also, this is the shortest Bond film of them all, clocking in at 1 hour and 46 minutes.

OMFG!

Well, the new James Bond movie is coming out in November, so COMCAST has all the Bond movies ON DEMAND. Of course, the free ones are the shitty Bond movies. I remember watching A VIEW TO A KILL in the theater when I was in Jr. High. I thought it kicked serious ass! Why not show it to my girlfriend? My thoughts and videos after the jump.
